T.E.C. Circles bring together 6-8 leaders in similar roles across companies in their industry. For four months, these leaders will connect, share experiences and resources, gain insights and discover untapped opportunities and solutions. These are not general leadership webinars– they are interactive discussions focused on practical ways to address the nuances of your work as a leader.
To achieve successful outcomes, participants should be open to candid conversations about professional priorities, obstacles and solutions. All group members will commit to respecting differing viewpoints and confidentiality.
What to Expect
When you join a T.E.C. Circle cohort, your group will meet for four monthly 90-minute virtual calls focused on topics chosen by you and facilitated by Stephanie. These calls will include a combination of instruction, discussion and coaching. Following each call, you’ll receive enrichment exercises, tools, or assessments to continue your growth in that subject area.
Tailored for Success
Between each monthly call, you’ll have a 60-minute 1:1 session with Stephanie (virtual or in person near Raleigh). In those meetings, you can continue personalized application of the group topic just covered, dive deeper into bonus tools you’ve received or explore something else that rises to the top for you. Stephanie will also be available to you by email or text as needed between sessions.
With four group calls, four individual sessions, assessments, tools and access to a certified coach, you can expect an exponential return on your $1500 investment.
