About Me
I'm energized and grateful every day to work with authentic leaders who are serious about pursuing their best and offering it to the world.
As a certified executive coach, I’m committed to the professional success of my clients. I’m skilled at making sense of complexity and helping you adjust to leadership demands. I’m inherently creative and focused on discovering innovative and efficient solutions to challenges in leadership.
My professional background ranges from teaching children with autism and leading CDC program evaluation in major US cities to directing programs and operations for national nonprofits. I’ve bridged significant organizational change in most of my leadership roles. As a volunteer, I have also organized large events, programs and leadership support for causes that build people in meaningful ways. I’m a systems thinker and enjoy connecting details to strategy.
Outside of work, I’m an amateur gardener, loving stepmom and avid reader. You can often find me out for a walk, experimenting with gluten-free baking or planning family adventures.
